Tips: What is spirituality? Why is it spiritual? How to repair?
John 5:1 After this, it was a feast of the Jews. Jesus went to Jerusalem.became complete
John 5:2 In Jerusalem, near the gate of the sheep, there is a pool, and the Hebrew word is called Bethesda, and there are five porches next to it.
About 5:3 There are lying in the blink of an eye, lame, bloody, many patients. (There are ancient scrolls waiting for water movements here
about 5:4 Because there are angels who stir the water on time, and after the water moves, whoever goes down, no matter what disease, he will heal).
John 5:5 There was a man there who was ill for thirty-eight years.
John 5:6 When Jesus saw him lying, knowing that he had been ill for a long time, he asked him, "Do you want to be healed?"
About 5:7 The patient replied, Sir, when the water was moving, no one put me in the pool. When I was going, someone else went ahead of me.
John 5:8 Jesus said to him, Get up, take your donkey and go.
John 5:9 The man was healed immediately, and he took the donkey and left.
John. In his Pulitzer-winning novel The Grapes of Wrath, Steinbeck begins with a scene in Oklahoma City. At that time, when the economic recession occurred, and faced with drought and lack of food, the whole land was dusty, and the women looked at the man with eager eyes.See if they will collapse under pressure. When they saw the will of men to continue, they cheered up. Steinbeck wrote: "Women and children know deeply that if a man is complete and does not lose his fighting spirit, he can bear any misfortune." The most important thing in life is not happiness, lack of money, full dissatisfaction, but Is the individual's mind complete? This is also the biggest need of each of us.
In the King James Version of the Bible, the word "complete" is often used to describe Jesus' healing of the physical disease. When the Lord meets a person who has been married for thirty-eight years, He asks him, "Do you want to heal (completely)?" (John 5:5-6) After healing this person, Jesus challenged this person again. To gain spiritual perfection, the Lord said to him, "You have healed, don't sin again, I am afraid that you will be more interested." (14)
We just want Jesus to do something for us, and our relationship with Him will be limited. If we want Jesus alone, He will make our lives complete. What Christ wants most is to make us perfect. DCM
